I had another brand of hot tub. The chemical balance was awful. Sundance Spas are simple to balance, and the service is fabulous. Alcoe has a quality product and excellent service. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The service after the sale is second to none. The spa is relaxing and decreases stress. I am pleased with Alcoe and their reputation.
